GeneralArwa Gadgets ("we", "us", "our") is a retailer of smartphones, tablets, audio devices, wearables, and mobile accessories based in Khulna, Bangladesh. These terms govern all purchases made in-store, by phone, or through any online channel we operate. |

Product authenticity & warrantyAll new devices we sell are genuine and sourced from authorized channels. Brand-new products carry the manufacturer's or official distributor's warranty as stated at the time of sale. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice and are subject to the terms set by the manufacturer or distributor, not by Arwa Gadgets. |

Pre-owned devicesEvery used iPhone we sell is inspected and tested before listing. Its condition, included accessories, and any applicable warranty period are disclosed at the point of sale. Pre-owned devices are sold as inspected and described; cosmetic wear disclosed at sale is not grounds for return. |

Pricing & paymentPrices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without prior notice to reflect market conditions. The price confirmed at the time of order is the price you pay. We accept cash, mobile financial services, and other payment methods as available in-store or online at the time of purchase. |

DeliveryWe deliver nationwide through courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout or by our sales team and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or address accuracy. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery and report any damage immediately. |

Returns & exchangesIf a product arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange an inspection, repair, replacement, or refund. Devices must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are handled at our discretion and may be subject to a condition check. |

Limitation of liabilityArwa Gadgets is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a purchased product, including data loss on a device. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased. |
